This policy explains what personal information Spectra Nexus L.L.C-FZ collects, why we hold it, who can see it, and what you can ask us to do with it. We are a free zone company registered with Meydan Free Zone, Government of Dubai, at Meydan Grandstand, 6th Floor, Meydan Road, Nad Al Sheba, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

WHO THIS COVERS

This policy applies to visitors to spectranexus.com, people who contact us or ask for information, clients, and anyone who participates in one of our investment facilities.

WHAT WE COLLECT FROM WEBSITE VISITORS

• Pages visited, time spent, the country and city your connection reports, device and browser type, and the site that referred you.
• Anything you type into a contact form or our website assistant, including your name, email address and phone number if you give them.

We use this to answer enquiries and to understand which parts of the site are useful. We do not use it to build advertising profiles.

WHAT WE COLLECT FROM PARTICIPANTS AND CLIENTS

If you enter into an agreement with us, or apply to, we collect and keep what that relationship requires:

• Your full legal name, nationality, country of residence and address.
• Identity documents — passport and national or resident identity card — and their numbers.
• Contact details, including email and WhatsApp number.
• The details of your nominee, where you appoint one, including their identity documents and contact details. If you give us someone else's details, please make sure they know.
• Payment information: amounts, currency, dates, bank or cheque references, and where applicable the bank account or cash collection details you ask us to use.
• Your signature, where you sign an agreement with us, together with the date, time and internet address from which it was signed, as a record that the signing took place.
• The agreements, receipts and correspondence between us.

WHY WE HOLD IT

• To perform our agreement with you — we cannot issue an agreement, pay a distribution, or prove who received what without it.
• To meet legal obligations — identity verification, anti-money-laundering requirements, accounting and tax records.
• To protect both sides — a clear record of what was agreed, signed, paid and received protects you as much as us.

WHO CAN SEE IT

Inside the company, access depends on role. Our administrators and the team members handling your file can see your record. Executive partners see business information but not identity documents, addresses or internal notes unless specifically authorised. Other participants can never see your information.

Outside the company, we share personal information only with:

• Banks and payment providers, to the extent needed to move money.
• Our auditors, accountants and legal advisers, under obligations of confidence.
• Service providers that host our systems or deliver our messages — our web host, our email delivery provider, and cloud storage used for backups.
• Authorities, where the law requires it.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.

WHERE IT IS KEPT

Our systems are hosted with service providers whose servers may be outside the United Arab Emirates. Where information is transferred outside the UAE, we take reasonable steps to see that it remains protected to the standard described here.

HOW LONG WE KEEP IT

• Enquiries that do not lead anywhere: up to two years.
• Participant and client records, including agreements, receipts and payment history: for the life of the relationship and then for the period our legal, accounting and anti-money-laundering obligations require, which is generally at least five years after the relationship ends.
• Identity documents: kept for as long as the relationship and those obligations require, then deleted.

We keep backups so that records survive a failure. Backups are held securely and are overwritten in the normal cycle.

HOW IT IS PROTECTED

• Access needs a personal login; passwords are stored one way and cannot be read by us.
• Identity documents and signed agreements are stored where a web browser cannot reach them and are released only through a check of who is asking.
• Links we send you for signing or uploading are private to you, expire, and can be withdrawn.
• Every access to a document and every change to a record is logged.

No system is perfect. If personal information in our care is exposed, we will act promptly and tell the people affected where it is appropriate to do so.

WHAT YOU CAN ASK US FOR

• A copy of what we hold about you.
• Correction of anything inaccurate.
• Deletion, where we are not required to keep it.
• To stop sending you updates and newsletters — tell us and we will stop.
• To withdraw consent you have given, without affecting anything done before you withdrew it.

Write to hello@spectranexus.com. We will respond within thirty days. We may need to confirm your identity first, so that we do not hand your information to somebody else.

GOOGLE SERVICES

Our internal investor administration system can, at our choice, store backup copies of our own records in a Google Drive account belonging to the company. That connection uses the narrowest permission Google offers: it can create and manage only the files it puts there itself, and cannot read anything else in that account. Google does not gain any right to our records or yours, and the connection can be withdrawn at any time. Information handled this way is used only for our own backup and record keeping, and is never transferred to others, used for advertising, or used to train any model.

COOKIES

We use cookies that are necessary for the site and its secure areas to work, for example to keep you signed in. We use simple analytics to count visits and see which pages are used. You can block cookies in your browser, though parts of the secure areas will then stop working.

CHILDREN

Our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under eighteen.

CHANGES

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. Where a change matters to you, we will tell you directly.
