These terms cover your use of spectranexus.com and the secure areas we operate on it. They are not the terms of any investment. Participation in any facility we offer is governed only by the written agreement signed between you and the company.

WHO WE ARE

Spectra Nexus L.L.C-FZ, a limited liability company registered in Meydan Free Zone, Government of Dubai, licence number 2644051.01, at Meydan Grandstand, 6th Floor, Meydan Road, Nad Al Sheba, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Our licence and certificate of formation are published on our investor pages, and each carries a QR code so you can confirm them with the registrar directly rather than taking our word for it.

USING THIS SITE

• Use it lawfully, and do not attempt to gain access to areas you have not been given.
• Do not copy our text, designs, images or software for your own commercial use without our permission.
• Do not misrepresent yourself as us or as connected to us.

SECURE AREAS AND PRIVATE LINKS

Some areas need a login. Others are reached by a private link we send you. Both are personal to you.

• Keep your password to yourself, and change it if you think somebody else has it.
• A private link works like a password. Anyone holding it can act as you, so do not forward it.
• Tell us at once if you think either has been seen by someone else.

INFORMATION ON THIS SITE

We keep the site accurate, but material here is general information, not advice and not an offer. Figures shown in models, calculators, brochures or marketing pages are projections. They are not a promise of any return.

DOCUMENTS YOU SEND US

When you send us identity documents, payment details or a signature, you confirm that they are yours or that you have permission to provide them, that they are genuine, and that the funds involved come from lawful sources. We handle them as described in our Privacy Policy.

ELECTRONIC SIGNATURES

Where we ask you to sign electronically, we record your signature together with the date, time and internet address it came from. That record evidences that the signing took place. It does not replace any signed original the parties agree to exchange separately.

MESSAGES WE SEND

If you are a participant, we send you notices about your own participation — receipts, reminders and statements. You may also receive company updates, and you can ask us to stop those at any time without affecting the notices about your own agreement.

AVAILABILITY

We do not promise the site or its secure areas will always be available or free of faults. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it.

OUR RESPONSIBILITY

Nothing here limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for fraud. Beyond that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site. Our responsibilities to participants are set out in the signed agreement between us.

LINKS TO OTHER SITES

Where we link elsewhere, we do not control those sites and are not responsible for them.

GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applicable in the Emirate of Dubai. Disputes are to be resolved amicably where possible, and otherwise by the competent courts of Dubai.
